Frequently Asked Questions

  • Perfect for professionals, actors, and anyone looking to improve their personal brand.

  • Rest early the night before and make sure to stay hydrated. Have your make-up and styling prepared before hand but if you require a make-up station & steamer for touch-ups, we’ve got you covered.

  • In order to standardize the process, we will be working with the off-white background above. If its necessary for you to have a different background, we can also offer a pure white and dark grey backdrop. Please state this in the message below.

  • Retouching involves the following: Skin smoothening, blemish removal, teeth whitening, and lint/dust removal from clothing.

    It does not include face reshaping or heavy photo manipulation.

  • After these session is complete, if time allows, we can make the selections on the spot. Once you’ve made the selections, we’ll require 5-7 business days from selection to send over your final images.

  • It’s recommended to come in with 2 - 3 outfits to see what works best on camera. Bringing in different outfits allows you to also get as much out of the session as possible.

  • In order to secure a date, the total investment amount listed above must be paid. You can pay via e-transfer to contact@gallardobrand.com. No bookings will be made until the total amount is paid.

  • This package is specifically for individuals. If you are looking for a custom group rate, please contact us with the number of final images / individuals at contact@gallardobrand.com

  • This package is specifically at the studio located in the Corktown area.

    If you are looking for an on location shoot, it will result into a different rate. Please reach us at contact@gallardobrand.com for a custom rate.

  • This package comes with 2 x Retouched images. Additional images are $50/per retouched image.

    We do not offer un-edited raw images to purchase.

  • If in the case we need to reschedule the shoot, we will look for the next available date. Customer must give a 48 hour advanced notice. Anything less than 48 hours notice, customer forfeits total investment amount.

  • When booking a photographer for a scheduled portrait session, all other potential appointments on the same date is held off or loss. Due to this, payments are non-refundable.

  • We will be updating the portrait sessions once a month allowing for other opportunities.
